It's actually the Desert Pyromancer Garb that turns the gives the leggings a torso. The more you know. :D

Look at the menu icon for the leggings... shows a corset on them which is only present on that combo I believe, maybe a couple others that hide it below flowy robe shite, I dunno.

Sirris leggings and desert sorceress is one of those hidden fashion combo to alter the items appearance, turning the top from a bra to a corset. And don't be hating on my tiara.
