Creating Movies in Grand Theft Auto V
由 doggydude98 制作
This guide will help you with the basics of creating movies while using some mods to help us along the way.
This is a tutorial is for beginners just now learning how to create their own movies.
I do not own any of the mods mentioned below and all belong to the excellent modding community.
It is recommended to backup your game before installing mods.

ScriptHookV
ScriptHookV is a very important to install, nearly every mod requires it including the ones mentioned in the guide.

Installation:
Download ScriptHookV [www.dev-c.com]
Place all the files in the zip file into the main directory of your Grand Theft Auto V folder.

OpenIV
This is a very helpful tool to use when getting into Grand Theft Auto IV + EFLC, Grand Theft Auto V, and Max Payne 3.

Download OpenIV [openiv.com]

After installing OpenIV, it is recommended to install openCamera. It greatly improves upon the Rockstar Editor's basic options.

Enhanced Native Trainer
You will need to select a trainer, I personally use Enhanced Native Trainer.
It is personal perference but will help when starting to create projects.

Download Enhanced Native Trainer[www.gta5-mods.com]
Place all the files in the zip file into the main directory of your Grand Theft Auto V folder.

Controls:
F4 ~ Opens the Trainer and has many options to choose from.
NumPad 2 / 4 / 6 / 8 ~ Navigate the trainer going up and down and left and right with these keys.
NumPad 5 - Selects
NumPad 0 - Previous

Extended Video Export
Extended Video Export is an excellent tool which helps your movies have higher quality including in resolution, framerate, bitrate and many other aspects.
There are many ways to edit your clips including the motion blur's strength and many other settings.

Installation:
Download Extended Video Export [www.gta5-mods.com]
Place all the files in the zip file into the main directory of your Grand Theft Auto V folder.
Once done, go inside the EVE folder and open ExtendedVideoExport.ini.
enable_mod = true auto_reload_config = true output_folder = log_level = error [EXPORT] fps = 60 motion_blur_samples = 0 motion_blur_strength = 0.5 export_openexr = false
Here you can edit many of the settings that this mod contains. It is very important to remember to include the space between each value or it will not work.
Make sure to setup your output folder, this is where your videos will be exported to.
An example of an output folder you could use is: C:\Users\*Username*\Videos\
Be sure to customize your framerate (FPS) and motion blur to whatever you like.

Scene Director
This one which is an absolute must have for more advanced machinima creators.

Download Scene Director [www.gta5-mods.com]
Video Tutorials and Owner of Mod

Here is a simple summary on how to use it.

Make sure NumLock is on. Press F10 to open Scene Director Menu:

Start off by adding your first actor. You can use any models, ranging from animals to humans. To create an actor simply press "Add Actor" to Slot 1. When you create an actor, you can do multiple things such adding animations. To add an animations, go to the animation section and go to "Add Single Animation".

To look for the animation, you should have a text file that came with Scene Director, called SceneDirectorAnim.txt, You type in the 1-5 digit code on the left hand side.
You probably would want to add a shortcut to your desktop for this text file as it is used very often.

You can add as many as you want at one time. To preview the animations, you press Alt + 1.

Now for the hardest part, you need to direct these characters to do stuff at the same time.
You go to your selected actor and you'll see Record Scene Setup. Press that, then press the hotkey for your animation. When you finish recording your scene, press Alt + E to end the directing. You can even do more than just one animation. You can even tell the actor to walk somewhere, enter a car and drive. Basically you end the scene setup when you're done. Sometimes it's better to just do it in small sections to make it less complicated.

You can clone your actor, and you should have any trainer to change the model. You press clone actor to add aother one or possess the nearest one, and add them to the actor slot.
Then select your next actor and be sure to tell that actor what to do. Do the same process with the first actor by doing a different animation or walk somewhere with your actor.
When you've done that you should have something like this:

You should see the word recording next to the actors you made a scene with, hit active to playback the characters animations, and they'll do whatever you directed them to do, and you'll be done with that.

As you can see, both your actors are doing stuff. You can create a little interaction as if they're doing something together.
If you want an easier time with interactions of two or more characters then you should go to synchronized animations under animations.

Here you'll see a bunch of animations, ranging from fight scenes to holding hands and stuff like that.

Press A to add it to one of your hotkeys. then you should see your animation as a hotkey.

Remember to press F1 to record your scene! You'll not like setting up your scene and forgetting to record it!
The option Edit Scene' section is still in beta mode. It's mainly for editing the position for the synchronised animations.

To do that, go to edit position and use the numbers on the right to change the postion and press 5 to select. Select rotation to rotate, if you want to change the opposite way, then type 180 in and so on.

If you gotta leave for some reason you can save the actors and load them for next time.

Theres a whole lot of small things you can do to. You can do a timelapse and change weather by going into the World Options section for example.

Note: You will get duplicate actors when editing the camera in rockstar editor. Restarting your game WILL fix this.
Mistakes and bugs can happen like this:
Rockstar Editor Camera Movement Tips
Now this can be a little tricky to get used to, much like the mods but you'll get used to it eventually. Pretty much every Machinima creator has there own style of editing. Some may use more basic editing for funny GTA Machinimas and someone might have a huge emphasis on a smooth transition between cameras to make it more cinematic like Ubisoft. ;)
Here's what I suggest doing:
NEVER USE THE GAME CAMERA, As a beginner, most creators are very guilty of this, myself included.

Also don't use any of the preset cameras either, they're just very unproffesional in my opinion.

Use the free camera mode... ALL THE TIME.

The "Look at Target" basically locks your camera in one place, and just moves the camera, with the specific character selected and follow him/her. The 'Move at target' otion allows you to move with your selected character. I only reccomend using "Move at Target" VERY occasionnaily, in like a car chase, as it can get diificult using blend mode for hours, which I'm gonna show next.

Blend mode is your key to making a good looking movie. I'm no claiming to be a master artist, but using blend definitely helps me make better videos than if I was not to use a blend mode. There is three types of blend modes: None, linear and smooth. None just keeps the camera still, until your next marker, probably the best option for silly and funny projects, as you can just keep the camera looking at what is important.
Linear and Smooth both serve similar purposes. They both give a smooth transition to the next marker. The slight difference is, that Linear is better for just two markers together, as it is quicker than the Smooth blend.

Smooth blend is best for three or more markers, as it smooths all the markers out and gives a smoother transition between markers. It's better than linear, as linear just snaps on the next camera marker.

Shakey cameras are good help too. Air turbulance and ground vibration are good for fast paced parachute scenes, while handheld are best for calmer moments. The explosion one can be used for something very sudden.

Example
Here is a silly example that I created in like under 4 hours:

This video used all those mods that I mentioned above and a Niko Bellic mod. [www.gta5-mods.com]

If you want to do this for GTA IV, you can use the same camera tips.
Here's another example:

This video used a Simple Native Trainer. [www.gtainside.com]
