Introduction
-I will be going through how I train and what settings I use
-As always with these things, they can be quite personal but this is just what I use
-Training is important to be on top of your game
-The only important thing you will need is a big mouse mat, mine is 480x400 zowie pad, personally i
prefer cloth
Settings
Mouse Settings
Okay, most important one first.
-I strongly suggest using arm aiming, if you dont know what that is, go look it up
-Go to your siege ini file and enter this over the top of what is already there for INPUT:

InvertAxisY=0
InvertMouseAxisY=0
Rumble=1
AimAssist=0
YawSensitivity=20
PitchSensitivity=10
DeadzoneLeftStick=15
DeadzoneRightStick=15
MouseSensitivity=70
MouseYawSensitivity=70
MousePitchSensitivity=70
MouseSensitivityMultiplierUnit=0.002230
XFactorAiming=0.020000
ToggleAim=0
ToggleLean=0
ToggleSprint=0
ToggleCrouch=0
ToggleProne=1
ToggleWalk=0
ToggleGadgetDeploymentGamepad=0
ToggleGadgetDeploymentKeyboard=1
AimDownSights=35
AimDownSightsMouse=50
ControlSchemeIndex=0

-Your DPI is important here, with these settings I use 400 DPI
-If 800 DPI is the lowest your mouse can go, you will want about 35 mouse sensitivity which can be changed from ingame settings.

Video Settings

-Here are my video settings, I strongly suggest using 4:3 as it makes things wider and so easier to hit
-FOV can be changed depending on your scope (ACOG= High FOV) and personal preferance
-Something that isnt there, Brightness, I have mine on 80, does depend on your monitor but try have it as bright as you can cope with

Audio Settings

-Only really important thing here is dynamic range.
-HiFi makes loud noises (Gun shots) louder and quiet noises (Foot steps) quieter
-Night Mode is the oppoise, quiet noises louder and loud noises quieter
-The problem with Night Mode is that its difficult to tell where the sounds are coming from
-Personally i go inbetween the two, and use TV
-I also recommend turning the game up as loud as you can take and turning your discord or ts very
far down, i normally have my siege at 100 and discord at 15 in the audio control panel

Graphics Settings

-Things like your graphics settings dont really matter much but its important to turn off Lens effects
Training
Terrorist Hunt
-T hunt is great for improving aim
-Personally I turn off all maps but house (because its quite small) and turn off everything but classic T
hunt
-I turn off all other maps because im not using T hunt for map knowledge, just aim practicing, if you
are a little less experieced (less than level 100) then you will be wanting to have all maps on
-I set rules for myself to encourage certain behaviours, ones I currently use are:
~Pistol only
~Single fire only (one taps)
~Music on (so i cant hear foot steps)
~Drop shot only on every kill
~Rushing only (3 speed OP)

Aim Trainers
-This website is great for training aim: http://www.aimbooster.com/
-Set different parameters to train different things
-One I use the most: http://aimbooster.com/s/7unKaJp (make sure you full screen)
-Great for training both arm and wrist aiming

Things that help me play well
-Coffee, I have to have a coffee or two before i play
-Warm hands, you will struggle if your hands are cold, personally I will use a warm tap if cold (weird I know)
-Playing in a t shirt, could just be me, I dont know, it just helps
-Being cool, if youre too warm, this will make you sleepy, if youre sleepy you will have a poor reaction
time and you wont think as quickly, I personally play with a fan on my desk all the time
Extras
-Planning on making this a series, next one will be about roaming, currently working on it
-If ive missed anything just ask and ill add it in
-spelling corrections are welcome

Do note that if you have sweaty palms or hands, this will give you a disadvantage considering that your sweaty hand will restrict movement due to friction.

Sometimes I piss about with a tennis ball in my room to practice my reflexes. Otherwise, playing a game or two of THunt realistic before ranked is helpful, as Casual is now riddled with tryhards so it's pretty much ranked as well.
