You can turn on/off viewmodel (hands) via two console commands:

ClaudeSA_hands_on // Turn on viewmodel
ClaudeSA_hands_off // Turn off viewmodel

Viewmodel's off by default.

That model was in GTA: SA for a brief moment. So, this model from SAN ANDREAS, not from GTA III.
