Save Modded Server Filter

Description
This mod makes it so the "Filter Modded" checkbox is saved inbetween uses, which does not happen normally for some reason.

This is a very very very simple mod and I do not anticipate any problems with it as far as I can tell, it does not affect any gameplay and does not modify anything apart from that one checkbox.
