Lakeview Manor Xmas Tree

Description
Just a little Xmas tree with presents underneath, and some gold on the fireplace.
I also made one for Breezehome. May add trees to the other houses before Xmas if I have time.

Update Nov 1st 2012 - Fixed the boots over the fireplace so they wont fall. Also added a giant dolly. You may have to unsubsribe, go into your game and make a save, then re-subsribe to get the newer version.

11/21 2012 - I was working on a tree for the house in Solitude, but I got a little side tracked and ended up making a Santa Claus follower mod instead. Check it out on my mod page!

@Echoeman, a pair of daedric boots! "just what i'f been waiting for! Thalos must have slipped them under the door!" ba boom...

What a lovely idea and so lovingly executed! It makes all the difference!

I love it! Thank you! great work. and if its not too late: a very happy 2016!

How about "the Dovas own Rudolph, white as snow and fast as the wind" plus red nose from sneezing! ;-) and some jingle bells?

Good job Echoeman. Isnt it nice to know your still making other peoples gaming fun. Im sure you have moved on with you real life sence making this mod. But I wanted to say,The christmas tree in Lakeview Manor is perfect. I like the boots above the fireplace. The toys and such under the tree are cool. And I really like the big doll. I'm thinking i may do like Rachatahara and leave it as a permanent thing too. Another new year is on the way. Happy Hoildays Skyrim Gamers! :)

This is such a great idea, it adds a lot of ambient light too, well done! I got the one for breezehome too. I own Proudspire, but it is heavily modded, so if you make one, I probably won't be able to use it, too bad.
Rachalahara Jan 26, 2013 @ 4:15am
I know Christmas is over but could you make on e for heljarchen Hall as well? It's beautiful and would like it as a permanent fixture!!

I'm sorry for your loss, Echoeman. Losses are tough at the holidays, but your tree was a very pleasent surprise that I did find comforting. I guess you never really know the extent to which your actions can touch people, even those you don't know. Your tree was just so "storybook perfect" & fit so well with this game's world, that even if I'm not much into Skyrim next Christmas, I know I won't forget The Christmas Tree & I'll fire the game back up just to see the tree again. Thanks for your response & take care.

marymartman59. I'm so sorry for your loss. My Aunt, who was like a second mother to me just passed this New Years Eve, so I know personally just how much more painful it is when these things happen during the holidays. I'm happy my tree brought you some joy.

An overdue thanks: I lost a Brother (unexpectedly) & my Mother (somewhat expectedly) just 2 weeks apart and only a couple weeks before Christmas last year. The rest of us just weren't quite up to putting up a tree. Yours was so beautiful and it made me feel a little better everytime I saw it.
Thanks again & I hope to put it up again next year. Happy New Year!
