Salkeel - Marksman

Description
- Born in the Province of Black Marsh at the time of the Red Mountain, Salkeel is an Argonian born under the Sign of Shadow, with Cunning Wits and Tactics of Warfare. His Father, Jo'las, a member of the An-Xileel, trained Salkeel since his Hatch. Sequestered in the Candlehearth Halls of Windhelm, Salkeel paid for his Freedom with the Assassination of one close to him. His Father. Only recently was he forgiven of his crimes and allowed to settle down in Windhelm.

- Knows "None" of the Skyrim Spells
- Very Cautious of his Surroundings
