Explosive Arrows

Description
Adds arrows that explode on contact.

You can craft 10k arrows with 157 iron arrows. (Not sure why 157, i'm still new to the creation kit, and i didn't find anywhere to change it)

Yeah.
With these arrows, I can use the bow like Hawkeye.
Just fire away and then, "Tick tick, boom"

This is a great mod to play around with! Not super powerful but has enough bite to make it worth using. Is there a way to get arrows the shock people or freezes them?
