Want to make the "Curved Swords" Also known as Scimitar the guards Talks about? Now you can.
You Need Steel Smithing perk to unlock the Curved sword, When you unlock the Arcane smithing perk you can craft 5 Powerful Curved Swords of Legends who no one have heard about.

For those of you who is new to modding of the game: To Download this mod click the "subscribe" button and next time you start skyrim it will be downloaded, You can see it in datafiles when it is done, there you can also deactivate/activate the mod as you want.
