Proudspire Manor+

Description
I felt like the fully upgraded manor wasnt really worth what I payed for it so I decided to clean things up and add a forge, the last peice of the house that really makes it feel complete.
Anyone who has bought the house will be able to enjoy the upgrades without paying extra but I may change this in the future.
Remember this is the first version so if you dont like anything please comment with your suggestion.
V.1.0
Changes:
-cleaned up cobwebs
-cleaned up hay
-added grindstone
-added anvil for crafting
-added armour bench
-added tanning rack
-added smelter
All are located in the lowest floor of the manor.
V.1.01
Fix:
- Fixed a small gap on the second floor.

gunstringer yes it is one of the default player homes in skyrim this is just a upgrade to that player home

Is there any reason the mannequins are duplicated? It's annoying, but something I can live with. Just curious.

another thing to consider would probably be chests at each work station.. Enchanting, alchemy and smithing.. as it is now you acually have ot run all the way up the stairs and get it from a chest and then all the way back down.. that would be awsome..

Thanks for telling me about that I've just fixed it. You said you wanted a forge but the anvil next to the fire serves the same function.

A smelter is nice, but a forge would have been more helpful. Sadly, after I installed this, part of the floor above it disappeared, so I'm unsubscribing.
