I beleive typing "~setscale 20" would have done the same or "~setscale 0-20". You can shrink her if you type something lesser then 1...you can do this to anything in game by pressin the ` or ~ and clicking it then type the scale and ~ to exit (just make sure there is no grass, fog, smoke, etc. blocking it, or then you would be changing the size of that instead).

I was afraid that with the creation kit some people would go through the trouble of changing things that could be done with the console codes. I can understand multple ones like mammoths and giants so you don't have to type it each time, but Lydia was...well this was long (:'
