[World Map] Ragged Flagon world marker

Simple mod to add a world map marker for the Ragged Flagon.

There are two parts to this, first the world marker leads to the center of the Riften market place. The second part is a trapdoor that leads directly to the Flagon.

Notes: I unfortunately cannot make the world marker drop you directly into the Flagon without the door step due to the way Skyrim handles interior/exterior cells. If I'm wrong, please correct me =) I was also considering adding another quick exit behind and to the left of the bar leading back to the surface to make entry and exiting the Flagon easier overall.
