The Mage's Blade

Description
This is my first mod for Skyrim! I hope you enjoy it! I am planning more in the future, and FYI I am a beginner modder... To craft this blade you will need 1 Ebony Ingot, 1 Iron Ingot, and 3 Leather Strips. Crafted at the Skyforge.


***************************EDIT!******************************

You can no longer acquire the weapon through crafting! You must obtain it from J'vaar in the Frozen Hearth located in Winterhold! The price is pricey, but deal with it.

how do you get the bound ghost looking thing on the sword?
