Adding female nord would be cool too, they should all nord be the same, male and female! As for the first person camera, you could use either http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/32155/?
this one or another one too; http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/3265/? . It's both on Nexusmods. The first one could even adjust the height when your a werewolf or a vampire lord. Even adjust the speed since your taller and stronger with longer limb!
