In legends, a basilisk is a legendary reptile reputed to be a serpent king, who can cause death with a single glance.

Mantis B was not meant to be crashed. It was meant to be in space, with your teleporting technology and your mantis crew, where your power could reign supreme.

The megaspider pet was having its casual hide and seek with its dinner. Its master said, "It's good to keep it in shape." The dinner - an alien creature called a 'chin-chilla' - managed to find a better than usual hiding place, one which was, unfortunately, very sensitive to statically charged fields. Funnily enough, as it strove for survival, the furball galloping across metal decks generated exactly that[...]

In this scenario, inspired by Faster than Light, you will start with no technology, but your guys used to be in a spaceship, they cant be dumb. They hope to escape this planet. Is there still time for them to traverse the sectors of space to reach the Federation Fleet, and warn them of the incoming rebel threat ? Surviving looks more essential for now.
