We have all played a game that has changed who we are in some way. TF2 players become gamblers, Overwatch players become porn addicts, etc. I have never before played a game that didn't actually make me feel like it changed me, but just awakened something that was already inside me. When I played Deep Rock for the first time, it was like the corporate wage slave space dwarf that was always lying dormant in me suddenly awakened. I long to witness the music of the spheres while also fighting bugs and punching my time card. I was always a Dwarf at heart, this game just awakened that. Rock and Stone bothers.
