I created an EA account 6 days ago solely to play It Takes Two, and the game was awesome while it lasted. 3 days later, my EA account gets banned for no reason, meaning I can no longer play this game with my girlfriend since we play online through their servers. I filed a support ticket but got no response. Most of the suggestions on the EA website aren't helping because my account was disabled and I cannot login. I cannot disconnect my steam from my EA account as its a one time thing. Steam denied my refund because I exceeded the two hour mark.

I assume my account got hacked, because my language settings on my account were set to Turkish from English, but why couldn't EA specify any reason or warning for their ban before banning my account? EA support is no help and the company is overall greedy and poorly run.

TLDR; I created an account and wasted $40 for a game I cannot play.

10/10 vr game, 7.5 out of 10 half life game.
Pros:
- Insane graphics for a VR game
- Lots of options to adjust movement options for comfort
- good UI
- Much of the world you can interact with
- Good dialogue between Alyx and other characters
- Nice sound design
- Variation in enemies
Cons:
- The puzzles seem more straight-forward and simple compared to hl2
- Too much of the game is set underground or in dark areas indoors
- Shortage of shotgun ammo
- Would have liked more weapon options, and/or the ability to attack some enemies using melee attacks.
