Nu ai ♥♥♥ sa nu indragesti acest chec, care te va surprinde prin combinatia de arome, dar si prin textura deosebita.
Ingrediente:
500 g faina;
200 g branza ricotta;
300 g unt topit si racit;
6 oua;
300 g zahar;
4 linguri lapte;
2 lingurite praf de copt;
300 g zmeura;
coaja rasa de la o lamaie;
un praf de sare.
Ingrediente pentru sirop:
100 g zmeura;
10 linguri zahar pudra;
sucul de la 2 lamai.
Mod de preparare:
Incalzeste cuptorul la 180 de grade si pregateste doua forme medii de chec, tapetate cu hartie de copt sau unse cu unt. Amesteca ouale intregi cu zaharul si sarea pana cand acestea isi dubleaza volumul. Adauga branza ricotta, incorporeaza untul topit si racit in prealabil si coaja de lamaie. Cerne faina, apoi incorporeaz-o in aluat impreuna cu praful de copt, dupa care adauga zmeura cu grija, pentru a nu fi zdrobita. Toarna apoi compozitia in forme si lasa-le la cuptor pentru aproximativ 25 de minute.
