The Beginning

1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.

2 Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters.

3 And God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light.

4 God saw that the light was good, and he separated the light from the darkness.

5 God called the light “day,” and the darkness he called “night.” And there was evening, and there was morning—the first day.

6 And God said, “Let there be a vault between the waters to separate water from water.”

7 So God made the vault and separated the water under the vault from the water above it. And it was so.

Ingredience na Muffiny

1 hrnek cukr
0.5 hrnku olej
1 ks vejce
1 hrnek mléko
1 balíček kypřicí prášek do pečiva
1 balíček vanilkový cukr
2 hrnky polohrubá mouka

V míse vyšleháme cukr, vanilkový cukr a vejce. Přidáme olej, přilijeme mléko a promícháme. Potom přidáme prosátou mouku a prášek do pečiva. Nakonec plníme košíčky na muffiny. Já je dávám skoro plné. Měla jsem formičky o průměru 5,5 cm a těsto stačilo asi na 26 muffinů. Do těsta můžeme přidat kousky čokolády, ořechy, rozinky, marmeládu. Protože já většinou nemám nic po ruce, přidávám lžíci kakaa nebo nastrouhanou kůru z citronu a takovéto muffiny mi chutnají nejvíc. Pokud nemáte formu na muffiny, můžete použít 2 - 3 papírové košíčky v sobě, aby vám těsto v troubě nevyteklo. Muffiny pečeme 25 - 30 minut při 150 °C . Výborné jednoduché muffiny podáváme jako výbornou sladkost ke kávě nebo čaji.
