came back to edit my review, just to say ♥♥♥♥ Gaijin. if you want to see the lengths they will go to suck cows dry, check out their other acclaimed title, Crossout, and it's constant cycling, oppressively overpowered DLC vehicles, and in-game economy linked to real money. they do not have your best intentions at heart, their markets are manipulative and take a tax cut from a currency they already own completely, their premium system in War Thunder is poisonous for the game, and has led to entire factions like Italy having their powerhouses overshadowed by blatantly overpowered vehicles in other, more popular trees within the premium lineup, and they're lying ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ who won't quit the gaslighting. don't believe a word they say. real devs work at this company, real people with real emotions, and lives and families, but they need to pull their heads out of their asses on this one. spent a thousand dollars, would not recommend, do not get this game

10/10, the greatest and most new player-friendly game i've ever played. it'll push you to your limits, but reaching the end is the most satisfying prize. would recommend.
