★ The character skin is mostly a re-skin but the helmet is new and it looks gorgeous! 2 of the 3 weapon blueprints improve the stats of your weapons and the two handed weapon blueprint applies permanent hypermode effect on your weapon so you can send your enemies flying (with windmill attack). The police lights effect of the buggy skin seems to be a part of the skin itself as you can't toggle it on or off and it doesn't illuminate the environment. ♦ The body of this skin is mostly re-skin of existing models (skins like Hunted, Harran Ranger and Urban Explorer share the same models) but the helmet is new and it almost covers all of your head.

♦ Dispatcher can be crafted with double-barrel shotguns.
★ It doesn't affect the stats but turns your double-shotgun into a pump action shotgun that can fire 6 rounds without having to reload.
★ Although the shotgun is pump action you don't have to fire it like one. If you spam fire it fires just like a semi-automatic shotgun and your character only slides the hand-guard if you leave enough space between 2 shots.

♦ Guardian can be crafted with any rifle but i suggest using advanced police rifle.
★ It has an accuracy of 100 and 60 rate of fire. It seems to increase the damage of rifles that have a damage which is below a certain threshold to 962 (with max damage boost from legend tree). If your rifle does damage above the threshold then the damage remains untouched.
★ This weapon has burst-fire and can fire 25 rounds per magazine.

♦ HyperArgument can be crafted with two handed hammers, two handed axes and pickaxes.
★ It seems to increase the durability of the weapon by ≈0-20 points. This increase depends on the item's rarity.
★ Hypermode effect allows you to send zombies flying with a single hit. This happens with windmill attacks as normal attacks seem to knock down enemies.

♦ Four-Wheeler has saturated yellow headlights like the ones you can find in some other dlc buggy skins.
★ The police lights effect seems to be part of the buggy skin since it doesn't illuminate the environment and cannot be toggled on or off. It looks shiny on your screen though so you can easily find it without having to check your minimap.

★ I recommend this bundle since it looks great and it does make a difference in game-play. I always imagine playing with 3 other players that have the same equipment and forming a tactical squad with them. This skin also makes my play-through more immersive in a sense. It's easier for me to imagine that GRE sent a guy in tactical armor with tactical equipment to Harran to resolve a conflict taking place in the middle of a zombie outbreak.
