At one point you asked how to max out stats on disgaea 5 when you reached the character limit from extracts and shards. When this happens you maximize the stats by leveling up your weapons and armour in the item world. You can also maximize aptitude in the chara world up to about 300% though this is not needed to beat the final boss. I hope this information helps.
