Early Access Review
This game (well, "these games" technically) show great potential. You get 4 varied games and they are a lot of fun. One minute you are pretending to be a Jedi, blasting troopers with their own laser blasts, next minute you are fending off zombies in an spooky dark old hospital, then you are flexing your bow and arrow skills against geeky skeletons before relaxing with some trippy snowboarding. All of these games have a unique visual and play style which is a nice touch.

Sure, there are things that need work on in the game, which is what you would expect with an early access game, but it's still super playable now and a lot of fun.

Can't wait to get back to my VR setup to play this again.

Love it! The videos and pics do not do this game justice. So much fun.
I almost didn’t buy this because it looked a bit naff in the videos, however, I am so glad I did. It’s like a cross between Guitar Hero and Audiosurf, but for VR. One of the things you can’t appreciate from the video is how cool it looks to have the coloured balls coming at you and how awesome it feels to pop them and get in a flow. Really easy to play, only takes 2 or 3 goes to really get in to it and then it becomes one of the best VR arcade style games out at the moment.
As always with music based games, it’s great to be able to play them to your own music too, though the tracks that appear in the game are awesome and suit the game anyway.
If you have every enjoyed a music game, give this a go and do not be put off by the videos, it’s way better than that.

Having grown up with old-school point and click adventure games like Monkey Island and Broken Sword, there will always be a special place in my heart for puzzle adventure games. With that in mind I hovered over The Gallery a number of times, wanting to play it but not sure if the reported short play time meant I would get my money’s worth as at the time of purchase this is up there as one of the more expensive titles out for VR. Well, having caved in and bought the game and completed it in the same night, I can now confirm that it was totally worth it!

I like pretty much everything about this game, when it starts you don’t really know what is going on and it doesn’t seem like much is happening. Though as the game progresses the puzzles and interaction gets better and better – it’s like it starts off simple to allow you to get used to the VR controls and then ups the puzzles once you are ready for it. Experiencing this 1st person is amazing too, it makes the puzzles more real and fun. There are number of really cool mechanics in the game too, like the backpack, which sounds simple, but I found I had a grin on my face while using it every time, it’s just really cool. So without diving in to spoilers, if you like point and click adventure games, I would recommend this game.

There were a couple of bugs and bits that could be better, however, they did not massively detract from the experience and the devs are still updating this game. As it happens, one of my main gripes with the game (the backpack didn’t always put away) was fixed about a day after I played it and now works fine. This commitment makes me excited to get Ep 2 when it comes out.

As a side note, this is the first VR game I have ever got completely turned around in. When I took a break I thought I was going to be facing my TV, but no, I was about 120 degrees wrong. Total immersion.
