In other reviews, I've notice those who don't suggest it complain the game was too easy but Death Wish is too hard.
Okay, I agree, but that's why there's Peace and Tranquility. If you've finished the game, you should have 77x pons at the ready for Peace and Tranquility. You can be patient, and if you get frustrated, well, just try something easier.

Others complain about bad level design. I'd assume people are having trouble with Act 2. I personally think that if you can complete the base game, Act 2 should be a breeze. I'm not saying everyone needs 'Minimum Shippable (Complete Ship Shape without upsetting the Captain.)' People should be able to get the level complete within 3-10 attempts.

Undertale is a game that makes you think. The first time you go through, you decide whether to kill or not to kill, and it seems to make no difference. Then, you learn after defeating the final boss, you get a phone call and you learn that your actions had a consequence after all. Then, next time, you might try something else, (pretty much) always resulting in a different ending.
