Great 2d fighter, being a uniquely grounded and defensive anime game. The real kicker to this one is the added decision making the GRD system adds to a match. By creating a second objective to weigh your priorities against you can have at least 2 different goals in almost every situation the game puts you in. This dynamic along with many other mechanics means there is a practically endless skill ceiling in every aspect of the game, making improvement extremely satisfying.

My personal favorite fighting game with a unique emphasis air combat. This game has constant back and forth adaptations being made in okizeme and pressure as both the offender and the defender thanks to the games strong character based offensive tools contrasting with its varied defensive system mechanics. On top of that this game boasts an easy to learn combo system with endless depth for those willing to take it to its limits. My only real problem with this game is its balance, a lot of the super high tier characters feel like they are playing a completely different game than your average mid tier. Just remember to play on the community edition for a better experience.

This game is a one of those games where you spend very little for 100's of hours and its a game that may seem like a bash on religon but if you beat the newest ending you will realize that it's not. other than that the gameplay is so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ good its kind of riduclous this game was just the best of the best along with EtG

this game is great for a couple reasons, first it has some ways to challange you, like if you just hoped in to try it and don't know a thing (you have to spend some time on the wiki to figure some stuff out )=(, for more expirinced players there is expert mode which is much much more difficult than normal mode, but has great exclusive loot. this game has mining but is not necessary(you have the option to get better stuff by mob/boss drops) for most of the game and spelunker potions help out so much. the game starts out slow but once you get going you get loot flowing out your ears. speaking of loot this game has a very nice constant supply of stuff it gives you going all the way up to farming the final boss (yes you do have to farm quite a bit) but the moment I knew what I was doing I would not stop playing (when I could play at least) It's just a very very well made game. but if you don't like complexity in a game this is not going to be as rewarding.
