pros:
- great with friends
- alot to do
- actively supported and played by the devs
- not pay 2 win
- beautiful graphics
- just generally really fun both solo and with friends
- fun content for both pvp AND pve
- great lore and story
- has cross-overs but doesnt let it ruin the lore
- endless gameplay
- gives player choice to side with protagonist or antagonist
- world story telling as the game progresses with updates
- community sometimes gets a say in how the story moves forward
- fairly balanced (a 1v1 will usually boil down to skill, gear is all the same)

cons:
- toxic players (but what game doesnt have that)
- abusable mechanics that ruin some aspects of the game

TL;DR, almost every aspect is great, but toxicity and exploits can at times make player encounters off-putting
