The kombat itself is very polished and very fun.

However,

Almost everything outside of that is either not finished and or is implemented in the dumbest way possible. There are so many arbitrary decisions to slow your accumulation of XP and koins.

Towers are useless. No koins and barely xp.

Invasion is probably the weakest extra mode that Netherrealm has ever done. Abysmal performance. All the content lacks any care or thought. The entire thing is fighting nameless fighters with stupid modifiers. You DO get gear, though, so that's cool I guess.

The story doesnt give you koins. I said, the story doesnt give you koins. The story doesnt give you KOINS.
Its ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ awesome, though.

The online implementation is egregious. After playing SF6, you really learn that you've been spoiled with quality of life decisions and ♥♥♥♥ just working. Speaking of online, you dont get ANYTHING for fighting friends. Which is so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ weird to me.

So, I've been talking about koins a lot, which is their generic currency. You'd think that there would be tons and tons of ♥♥♥♥ to spend your koins on. Nope! There's no Krypt! Hahahahahahahah!!! Theres just a dragon in the main menu that you can spend your koins on. The entire animation takes about 45 seconds too and you can't skip it! Hahahahahaha!!!

Also, it runs like complete ♥♥♥♥ out of gameplay.

Yeah, this game is good.

Thoroughly enjoyable. Great story, gameplay and graphics. Highly recommend.

Very, very cool. If you're a fan of Bladerunner, don't hesitate to check this out. Looks great and the ambient BR music just never gets old.

Also, the mouse movement is exceptionally fluid.
Can't wait to see what's added in the future.

Really great writing and plot. I would recommend this to anyone.

I was completely enamored with this game. Ultimately, it should have everything I want, yet there's something a bit off. It's not the scale, or economy, the grinding, the nature of wildlife, the abundance of build choices, or even the difficulty; it's the unapparent shallowness in the form repetitive structures and what you think are unique sequences.

Whatever you think is cool on a certain planet, that exact thing is on another planet of that same type. Effectively, this means that you only really go to each planet type once, and thats it, thats the end of the content. Admittedly, I didn't complete the lengthy main quest. However, the focus of this game is exploration, amd there simply isnt enough of it.
