We damn Konami for their non-compete clause they had for Hideo Kojima, but an indie studio does the same and we can't even show them a little sympathy when they are forced into this situation, and need the money?
Also, if the lawsuit is the reason for the paid expansion then i would rather pay and get more game so the game stays afloat and acctually sees its realease than watch it go down. I imagine if the game did sink because of that lawsuit and the devs released an appology explaining that they considered releaseing a paid dlc to keep the game going, people would be upset but would be saying that they would pay to see the game comeback. but in this reality people are just butthurt out of what... Principal?
