happened since I woke up.
What have been the low points of my day?
What have been the highlights?
Overall, what has my mood been today? Happy, sad,
excited, frustrated?
How has this mood affected my relationships with others?
When have I felt God’s presence today?
When have I felt Him challenging me?
When have I felt His mercy and blessing?
I ask God now for forgiveness for any sins I have
committed today.
I allow myself time to feel God’s forgiving love.
I thank God for the highlights and blessings of my day.
I look at the remainder of my day, what is left to do?
I remind myself to let God experience those things with me.
God, as I end the Examen, help me remember that You are
always with me and give me strength and courage for the
remainder of my day.
