One of those game I'm sure I'll remember for the rest of my life, and occasionally replay. Banger soundtrack, too.

This game is great! I understand some people have been getting frequent crashes, but it sounds like those have been fixed, probably? I've only had one crash, and the autosave had my back, so it wasn't too much of an issue.

As for the game itself, it's definitely a Pokemon 'clone,' but it has a lot of great ideas that make it more fun than Pokemon, in my opinion. Really, it's biggest weakness compared to Pokemon is there's only 100 or so monsters. But in all other aspects, I'd say it's superior. The combat is more engaging, the pixel art looks better, there's a ton of QoL adjustments that smoothen the experience, the music... is pretty great, though Pokemon had some great tunes, too.

All in all, if you're a fan of Pokemon's gameplay, and want to see real improvements for it, you should play Coromon.

Osteoblasts is pretty different from your typical 2D RPG. It's sort of a 'what if Dark Souls, but 2D RPG.' I know that's a pretty cliche way to describe a game, but I feel it fits here. You've just got the one party member, that you choose it's class, which determine's it's base stats and equipment. You explore, the area, fighting enemies, and if you die, you respawn back at camp with little punishment. Your character's build is very flexible, with a variety of equipment to adjust your strategy.

On top of that, it's got some nice jams, as is typical of Moonana games.

Very solid NES style JRPG, with more strategic depth than many of the classics. Most enemies (I think it might be all) are weak to a certain weapon type, but most characters can only equip a few of the weapon types. There's a also a slew of very useful status effects when brute force isn't working.
And to round it out, the writing here is pretty good. It's not going to win any awards, but important characters are fleshed out enough to be interesting, and some of the dialogue is genuinely funny. The random NPCs are plentiful and build the world quite well, but don't waste your time with pointless dialogue.

So yeah. I think this game is pretty great. If Ephiam makes another game sometime down the road, I'm interested.

Ugh, This game looked so fun. And when it got a good sale, I was pretty excited to get it. But my excitement deflated pretty quickly.

The core idea here is interesting, but it's not handled well. Very simple puzzles are ruined by the chaos of the physics engine. I had to do puzzles several times, in the tutorial section no less, because objects didn't fall right. I loathe to think of how frustrating the future puzzles would be.

It's surprising how much the characters talk, and yet how little they actually say. The music was... passable, I suppose. And, the art is nice. That's about the one thing they got right. If they got a better writer, this would be a cool anime, maybe. Pretty boring game, though.

This isn't so much a game as it is a story that you slowly dig up as you talk to each character with each character. It was frustrating when I didn't know what to do, but for every moment when I had a lead, I was hooked. The story is joy to unravel, since the game rewards you for searching for clues. There's a lot here that you could miss, and still finish the game. I'm sure there's a lot I missed, and I'm pretty sure I got the "good" ending. For ten bucks, it's definitely worth playing, though you may want to wait till there are decent guides for when you get stuck.
