Very grindy. Do not join public servers unless you know its going to last long enough because you'll lose everything you progressed with if they do not continue to uphold the server. Can not transfer over characters. Sending out servants take up literally a whole 24 hours to bring back resources so you have to play for a days worth.
(update) The servants come back within an actual days worth of time and not time played in game anymore.
