Info About Spell Trading:
Spells can only be acquired once a year during the halloween event.
Spells technically have 'expiration dates', but there's a glitch where items will not be destroyed if you never run TF2 after the item's expiration date. So, This glitch works with Spells and makes Spells tradable all year round !

You must be running TF2 when accepting a trade with a spell in it.
Then, you must apply the spell to an item during your current session in TF2
the spell will be destroyed if you dont use it and you exit TF2
