Decent core gameplay supplemented by
- terrible maps
- terrible objectives
- predatory monetisation
- rewarding spawn-camping to the worst degree i have ever seen in a game
- atrocious balance
- more predatory monetisation
And they don't care to actually improve anything because they believe you will stay because there is no other game with a realistic tank damage systems in a multiplayer game that also are arcadey enough to maintain a wide audience.
