UPDATE: Due to the fact that Sony not only hasn't undone their decision to delist this game in countries that don't support PSN but have also since added to the list of banned countries, I am still leaving a negative review for the game until this problem is addressed.

Seeing Gaijin's continued focus on heavy monetization while usually ignoring player feedback, the future of this game is in question. With the state of the vehicle balance, map balance, and current economy, I cannot in good faith recommend this game for new players at this time.

I'm hoping that my opinion of the game will be more positive eventually.

That last statement was what I wrote back in 2014. With the state of the game right now, I don't want to recommend this game or other VAC-Secured products until Valve fixes the issues regarding cheating in their games.
