At McDonald's, I worked as a shift supervisor. in this role, I took control of inventory management and operations reviews. whilst on shift, I lead a team of up to 20 employees at a time from different ages and backgrounds in order to run a successful business and restaurant. Overall, I have supervised at 4 different restaurants.

During my time in this role, I was responsible for;

Handling thousands of dollars worth of cash and maintinaining many hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of equipment

Ensuring that a daily minimum stocktake was counted and entered as well as a comprehensive monthly stocktake, to ensure correct ordering and inventory levels.

Hitting targets and meeting KPI's. Hard work is all I know, and all of my working life I have been completely performance-driven.
