I just want to rewrite my review and recommend this game now because I had lots of fun playing it. Holdfast is like m&b napoleonic wars but with a voice chat and better graphics. Its super fun especially Naval battles. Good job devs!

Hey, Jade! It appears that you joined a 'Public Linebattle' server where an event was taking place. During those events, players stay true to some of the rules of war present during the Napoleonic Era.

If organised play isn't your thing, join either the 'Army Front' or 'Naval Warfront' servers and you're good to go.
