i couldnt get past both sides having the exact same units

i hanvt played much at all yet but im going thumbs up. The developers seem to be honest and quite eager to receive constructive suggestions. its a shame some people wrote generic thumbs down reviews with hardly anyone even giving any suggestions at all even after the developer reached out to them looking to improve their product. that doesnt happen as much as it should and i respect them for that its just to bad they didnt get much feedback

although initially i was enjoying the game but it no longer functions after the patch a couple weeks ago. NO LONGER WORKS AT ALL

this game has been sitting in my library, unplayed. i was turned off almost immediately after purchase while searching for tips and other such info. the game was in early access but as i searched it seemed the company was already working on the sequel. Of course i was pissed, wtf right. If i had a physical copy id have thrown it away due to that being some seriously scummy sh1t . later i find info stating that they arent working on a sequel but remastering an older game of theirs. if this is true you guys really need to get that info out there because it sure seemed like you guys were being scumbags and with the current"climate" in gaming being full of shi1t like this everyone is watching and expecting these types of practices. Im going to give it another chance. i realize you are a small indy developer, and i wish nothing but success for you guys and if there is actually just some misunderstanding going on here, i hope you guys can get the facts out. the industry needs quality, honest, ethical developers, if that is you, then awesome, i would love to be a lifelong fan. Dont shoot yourself in the foot because there is a war going on and we need you up on the front lines.

almost 40 hours played
highly reccomend this game, especially if you preferred the first two Fallout Games and especially because of the turd bethesda just laid. This is a high quality indy RPG from our gaming brothers in Russia. Also shares much with Baulders Gate or Neverwinter Nights. If you liked those and like the whole Wasteland, steampunk vibe youll love it. The Developers are really putting time into this as well even after its launch as they continue to upgrade and patch. They seem to pay attention to what gamers are saying and adjusting the game accordingly which unfortunately is not the norm(absolutely should be). Good job and keep it up

Had to chime in when i saw positive reviews went from 87% to 66%. I highly reccomend this game! I enjoyed the Firaxis X-com remakes a great deal but Xenonauts was so much better to me. Do yourself a favor and play this tactical gem. At a glance most wont be impressed by the graphics but the art style really grew on me and added a good bit of charm to the game. If you liked ANY of the xcom titles, and this game makes no apologies for being an obvious xcom rip off, you should play this game as soon as possible as youll want to finish before its follow up title is released. It reached its kickstarter goals very quickly. Very good value for me with 250+ hours. Firaxis made good xcom games it wanted to make, Goldhawk made Xenonauts, the xcom game the fans wanted made.

great game highly reccomended

Love the total war series since the origional Shogun(had to sim all battles because of hardware) really sunk considerable time into Rome and loved it, enjoyed empire but Warhammer really got me, easily as enjoyable as Rome with imo more challenging battles(Rome never gets hard enough). Highly recommend this game and since the Brettonian expansion dont really see a need to even bother with the sequel the only con being it held onto that new release price a little long aand i think it was still full price when 2 came out which probably put a hurting on its sales at the benefit of its newly released sequel. Also there are many reasonable complaints about the amout and price of downloadable content, yes you could have spent over $100 on this game but there truly is a great deal of content and still imo a good value for your money i have around 350 hours and im happy with my purchase. A 90 out of 100 all time game for me up there in terms of enjoyment with anything ive played(xcom/xenonauts, Neverwinter Nights, Homewold2,StarCraft, Diablo, D&D Gold Boxes,OG Bards Tales,Maniac Mansion) one of the greats

though i havent personally checked the frame rates it seems to work well. Ive really only been playing Battletech but there was an annoying stutter with the animation of mechs taking off with jump jets that it seems to have straightened out. This previously occured every time you jumped and was quite disturbing because it doesnt appear on screen to be a graphics intensive game. Many free updates in this somewhat unfortunate age of charging for every little feature. I reccomend it but you can skip the hardware analyzer unless you dont know whats in your case even then i believe there is one in windows and many free ones available i am using the ram clearing software as well though.
