Baldur's Gate 2 was a seminal work in my gaming history. It was a notable period in gaming (Diablo 2, Deus Ex, Counter-Strike, Escape from Monkey Island, Spyro, Icewind Dale, Homeworld, etc) and yet BG2 stood out among the crowd. It inspired me to get into gaming more deeply and worked briefly for Bioware because of it. I can not give this game enough praise.
Baldur's Gate 3 is at least as good as BG2, perhaps better. This is the highest praise I can give it.
