This is more then a simple tower defense game. You have to plan carefully, how you want to clear a zone, which upgrades to use, so it has a certain depth to it. You can build structures, buy units units and upgrade them.( unlike the misleading description "Command a team of 5 elite soldiers", you can have more then 5 :) ) There is also a skill tree system where you can buy permanent and one time boosts. As many mentioned before, Starship trooper/Starcraft mood is all around.
