so i've been mulling this over for a while, i think the emoji fortnite BS is the final nail.

i love this game, i truly do. i think nearly 2.5k hours shows that. i was an early adopter of the game back in 2013 i think, cant really remember now its been so long.

however, the last 2 or 3 years of development has seen a massive shift in the development approach to the game. before full release the people who played the game (the core player base like myself) had an input on the path of the game, which made it better for those who keep the servers filled on a daily basis, those who host the servers, those who admin the servers.

since launch, particularly since V2 the developers have taken a different approach. focusing more on what the random streams and other casual gamers want, ignoring the core of the game and the things that once made it great. not to mention still having some major bugs (which have been in game for several years now) and the dwindling performance, this gets worse ever patch. P.s. fix the damn floating rocks and grass in fools road. its been there since the launch of the map.....

the game has taken a turn for the worst. gun play is broken these days. aiming down sight while steadying your aim is now broken, attempting to side step or move in any way will now automatically cause you to sprint. stamina is poorly implemented. the list of issues goes on but the devs bury their heads and listen to the likes of soydogg any others who complain that they need more bushes or to be able to dab on the one or 2 people they actually kill.

please stop wasting time developers time on stupid gimmicks that do nothing for the game. if you want to customise your character, have stupid emojis or any other soy infused garbage, go play cod or insurgency sandstorm.
