Mitchell L. Frost Sentenced for DDoS Computer Hack Against Bill O'Reilly.com

November 11, 2010

Mitchell L. Frost, age 23, of Bellevue, Ohio, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Lesley Wells to 30 months in prison, followed by three years of supervised release.

Frost, 23, of Bellevue, Ohio, was also ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $40,000 to Bill O'Reilly.com and $10,000 to the University of Akron, and a
special assessment of $200 to the Crime Victims' Fund.
