It's quite a fun game that I can see myself playing for a long time to come.

It's spoiled only by the many bugs, which will (hopefully) be sorted by patches and updates.

In other words, good and will get better. Highly recommended.

Okay, a small amendment after several patches that made the game all but unplayable for long stretches of time.

New World is mostly fun and enjoyable. Recommended only for those with deep reserves of patience and a rosy outlook on life that is not easily shaken by the unfathomable motivations of insane game developers and their evil corporate overlords..

It's fun, it's engaging, it looks good, it plays well, 24 hrs in and not one bug. And that's just it. I had a look at the game on Sunday night for the first time. It's now Tuesday and I've clocked up over 20hrs. Indie games really don't get better than this.

The best thing that can be said about any game is that it's an enjoyable distraction, and that's exactly what this is.

I'll give it a tentative yes, but it really is very short-finished it in just over 2 hrs. Not nearly as challenging as wordle 1, 2, or 3. On the other hand, it's very cheap. Hopefully, they'll add a few more levels and it'll become more challenging towards the end game.

It's fun. The AI is decent (not that I've played very far into the campaign), and it has a feel similar to FG1 from the long ago. Bought the base version and a bit annoyed I can't buy an upgrade to get the bonus campaigns, but that's a minor quibble.

Great game and it's still beta. The updates are frequent, the setting unique, and the gameplay engrossing. Only for those who like difficult, challenging, and occasionally infuriating turn-based games.

It takes a bit to get into, but there's a good game in here. It certainly captures the feel of the old Bard Tales games and plays like a puzzle heavy Grimrock with turn based combat.

Great game. On the surface, it looks simple. Once you've played for a few hours, you realise just how deep and complex it actually is. Add in the Pay-To-Lose expansion and you have the best rogue-like on Steam. Nice.
