The game is great to see what works and doesnt however I beat the game on my first try no death. Its simple not difficult. Its a nice few hours for the price.

Nice game but it is extremely short. I 100% the game in 1.5 hours to give context.

I like the fact it is just a boss rush and you dont have to find hoards. Also there is no way to farm power. You either beat it or you don't. Its a pretty high skill game though.

Here to give my negative review for spyware

Just got done playing my first game with my friend (who plays for free) and we spent 4.6 hours on it promising to play again tomorrow. The game is overall easier than most souls like but punishes you for not paying attention. We beat every boss first try but felt rewarding regardless to do it. It is just more of an enjoyable world exploration than a challenge run of any sort. I liked being able to enjoy a game like this without having to do rage checks.

I liked everything in the game up until its combat. The instance based combat was immediately jaring and ruined the experience for me. Having a more turn based system when the world feels free and open world feels jank. It locks it out of what I know could have been engaging boss fights because I know every boss fight is going to be a stand still and click button. I do think the game is great for the audience it is aimed at but the combat is too big of a hurdle to pass. Its free so try it out for sure. The intro is fun up until the combat starts.
