Had zero expectations for this game even though CD RED is my favorite developer. With that said, I would never recommend someone buy an unfinished game, especially at full price, and that is exactly what this is. Everything about this game has so much potential to be amazing, yet it's almost impossible to experience any of that due to the amount of bugs they neglected to get this title out on time. Maybe after a few months of updates Cyberpunk could live up to the potential it obviously has, but until then it isn't worth even $30.
