Awesome thanks, I'm not that experienced with source 1 tools, do you know how I can get/use hammer editor to open the ez1 maps in hammer?

Sounds cool! Look into a tool called 'Propper'. It can convert brushes into meshes directly from Hammer and it will bring the materials along with it.

Ahh okay, thanks! I have no experience with source 1's hammer, but is there a way I could be able to export/convert/group the brush into a model? My plan is to try and make it into a 3d model, i plan on making a simple port to source 2, maybe using it for a future project or something.

Hi Zock! There is no model. Pillar 10 was a brush as far as I can remember and used base HL2 materials.
