It's pretty great to get a new theatre of war

I forgot about this one. Don't buy it, GOG version is much higher quality, cheaper and half more content. You should only buy this if you are a dumbass like I was 10 years ago

Really good concept that is executed well for a great price. I really like the style and the scenarios is perfect, I ended up buying it due to the ironlilly part but really shouldn't have hesitated.

Gets rid of the things I didn't like in EU4 like mana while making trade feel rewarding and technology less linear

Absolute must, the new War Paths mode adds tons of replayability to the game with loads of new choices of units.

Core gameplay is really solid, great internal base building and the defences is good fun to play around with. Really enjoy exploring between waves in the campaign and it has lots of good QoL features.

Really fun game with plenty of replayability, don't be put off by it being in early access. It's very much a full game with tons of features.

I played the demo and it was just skirmishes, it was kind of fun but felt a bit meh on the ai side. For the release they have a bunch of operations and those are really good fun and quite long. Lots of use for every sort of troop type, I use them all asides from Helis as they're a bit too high risk for me. I'm really excited for the coming custom operations that's been announced.

Not only did it release in a poor state, the mechanics have no consistency with the rest of the game. Lots of them feel useless or thrown in like a lot of the balance of power stuff.

Game runs well without any bugs noticed so far. I thought I encountered a corrupt save but a restart of my pc fixed it. Loved this game on the ps2 and on the emulator I encountered many sound and fps bugs so happy to play a version that runs without any problems I've seen yet.
