While i don't mean to disrespect your knowledge mr.SameWare, I believe if you check Section 11 of the USGM (Universial Steam Group Management) you will see on page 712, line 14 that it states, and i quote "The original owner of any groups beginning with (but not limited too) the letter 'U' will be within the rights of the original owner to request a take back of Ownership power at any point"
