to reply on the last message, use superantispyware, malwarebytes antimalware, jrt and adwarecleaner
these programs find the most deeply hidded virusses and trojans
for me avast antivurus wasn't enough..
make sure you download from there oficial websites or via bleepingcomputer (i got them from this website) as other websites could add more virusses on your computer
