Each run takes between 30 minutes to an hour on average. A typical case of easy to pick up, difficult to master.

You start with by picking 1 of 3 characters, each with their own unique card pool and art design. Every starting deck(like all deck builders) contains awful standard cards. As you battle monsters over 3 floors you can obtain new cards to build a more powerful deck. There are multiple ways to build your deck and have multiple synergies.

There are multiple bosses and a special endgame in which you can beat a secret 4th floor once you have completed the normal game with each character once.

There's a thriving mod scene to allow you to play fan made decks and characters, the One Punch Man themed deck made me chuckle. Note that playing with mods disables achievements.

You can play seeded runs but these also disable achievements.

There are daily runs which tend to have themes, these are fun but not as fun as the base game(IMHO).

10/10 for me, must buy on sale or full price, either way you'll get your monies worth. I'd 100% buy a sequel or DLC.
