Typically starting aggressively camping and tunnelling at 5 or 4 gens? Most likely suffering low self confidence and insecurity. If you didn't feel so weak and scared, you wouldn't resort to this. Please do everyone a favor, see a therapist. :r_heart:

Update (May 2024):
Shame on you, BHVR, for bringing a fun game mode (Chaos Shuffle) but still enabling the killers to do the same boring, mundane, tedious and sweaty playstyle. Every update you bring in the name of so-called game balance reeks amateurism. It is incredible how disconnected you are from your community and the product you make. Shame on you.

Update (March 2024):
A cheating bot killer just hooked everyone in the basement within 10 seconds after the match started and I get a 15 minute penalty for this, because?

P.S. I did not DC from any match in the last 48 hours. Go figure.

Update (October 2023):
With the recent introduction of the so-called "Anti-Camping" mechanic, tunnelling occurs way more aggressively than ever. Killers who are barely affected by this change are easily able to abuse the mechanic, whether it's through proxy camping with an insta-down ability or a ranged-downing ability, rendering the intended fix ineffective. Similarly, teleport-camping (e.g., Onryo, Alien) bypasses the mechanic in the same way. It appears the developers lack a proper understanding of game balance and its importance. Solo queue survivor gameplay is nothing but intense, pure misery. If your ping exceeds 40-50 ms, either as a survivor or the killer, the game becomes significantly unfair. Instead of prioritizing fixing the most crucial issues to enhance the overall gaming experience, the developers focus on ways to snatch more money from the community, since they keep on releasing rushed and under-developed chapters and hideous cosmetics. As a devoted player frustrated by these persistent issues, the systematic dismissal of our concerns only reinforces how little they value their community. It's truly disheartening. The moment I discover another game with similar mechanics but better community relations, I will not hesitate to abandon DBD and never return. If anyone has suggestions, please feel free to let me know.

DBD is a game that can potentially be very entertaining but sadly it is miserably suffering due to many critical problems. On top of that, the devs sadly fail to have an elaborate understanding of the problems, and yet that is why with every patch there are novel gameplay issues and concerns from the community. It is frustrating to play because of serious balance issues and broken game mechanics, getting unfair hits, grabs, pallet stuns, etc. because of no stable hit validation, numerous other bugs, toxic community and the lack of an effective in-game reporting/blocking system.
